Each product page features a detailed size guide with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring your child's current well-fitting clothes to compare against our chart, as sizes can vary between brands.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. You can initiate a return request directly through our 'My Orders' section.
Are the fabrics used safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Quality and comfort are our top priorities. We primarily use premium cotton and hypoallergenic blends to ensure our clothing is soft, breathable, and safe for your child's delicate skin.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India for a small additional convenience fee.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement or before it enters the 'Dispatched' status. Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it once received according to our return policy.
