Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your KidsCity.in account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the item you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Place the item in its original packaging with all brand tags, labels, and the invoice intact to ensure it passes our quality inspection.

• 3.
  Free Doorstep Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package at no extra cost to you.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will immediately process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size.
